When can I expect the delivery of my wine bottles?
Shipments are usually shipped on the last Friday of the month and take about 3 to 5 business days based on your location.
Who should I contact for damaged products?
You can send all concerns/issues to our contact@dukeswines.com where you will receive an email response from one of our team members.
How do I upgrade/cancel my membership?
Simply log in to your account, click account page, there you will see memberships which should lead you to cancellations or upgrades.
How can I invest in Dukes Wine?
You can find out more about what we have to offer to our investors on our Get Involved Page underneath the "Become a Business Partner" section. This should link you to a form that will let you directly reach out to our Investment team. A response team will set up a meeting and availability via email or phone call.
How do I purchase merchandise?
Our merchandise page will be available to members only. Members will be notified once merchandise page is up and running. From there, you will see all available merchandise, pricing, and checkout options.
